This is the second in a series of online workshops on the English of Finance. We will be covering the English vocabulary of property, including real estate management, investment and marketing.
In the webinar I will be guiding you through how to present a property brochure to a client. You will also learn how to describe your requirements when searching for a new property investment. We will look at collocations, common abbreviations and useful grammar, as well as how to eliminate some common mistakes.

This training is for professionals with English levels B2 and above.
It’s a great chance to correct some common mistakes and improve your confidence with property descriptions. At the end of this lesson you should be much more confident when contributing to meeting and presentations.
The presenter, Sean Roe, worked in international reinsurance, medical underwriting and risk selection for ten years in London and Paris. He then became Director of Operations of an insurance company in France. Since 2007 he has been drawing on this background – and his own experience of learning French and German in-company – to write and deliver face-to-face courses for individuals and groups as well as on-line training content. Having studied economics at university, he has since achieved a WSET Level 3 qualification and a professional business English training certificate from Trinity College London. Sean has since been working as an business English language trainer in large corporations and universities for over 10 years.
